Saturday 25  March 2017 4.30 - 5pm
at the Om Yoga Show SECC - Free event

We all have tell-tale symptoms when we feel a little out of sorts. Understanding what could be causing these subtle signs of imbalance can help remove or reduce their influence in our lives.  If you are experiencing some discomfort there is usually a cause, a pattern of behaviour that has thrown you out of balance.  Correcting imbalance early will reduce the risk of disease developing.  Dr Brennan will impart the precious wisdom on how to recognise your tell-tale symptoms of being out of balance, how to regain balance, boost your natural immunity, the secret to restful sleep, increasing energy and more.

Personal Health Consultations also available.
Join him in Edinburgh and Glasgow 23 -28 March.
