Angela Landers

I’m from Ireland.  I was a nurse and specialised in spinal cord and head injury.  I came to Glasgow to study Occupational Therapy and worked as an addiction counsellor. I also studied Maharishi AyurVeda healthcare in the USA.

I was searching for a meditation that was deep and easy to fit into my life. My Ayurvedic doctor inspired me by explaining that TM is natural, easy to do and is backed by scientific research.  Having a teacher to help me understand my experiences swung it for me!

Initially, I noticed that I slept better, I was more relaxed and my health and energy improved. Over time my confidence and focus grew, my career path opened up. I saw more possibilities in life and wasn’t deterred by obstacles.

I love teaching TM because I get to give a lifelong tool that brings profound changes in such a simple and natural way. I am interested in people’s progress and love encouraging and supporting people in their journey.

Iain Campbell

I learned TM as a study aid in 1994 and immediately benefited. Daily meditation transformed my life and enabled me to achieve my hopes and develop capacities such as confidence, clarity of mind, intuition, and creativity. It brings me joy and is so satisfying to see people instantly take to it and feel its profound effects.

I became a teacher of Transcendental Meditation in 2009. I have a BA (hons) in Religion Studies, a Masters in Cultural Studies as well a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education. I have extensive experience in the public, and private sectors in the UK and internationally. I am currently engaged in developing innovative learning contexts for adolescents based on the Montessori Approach. I am also an accredited Gestalt Therapist and have a counselling practice.

I enjoy teaching TM as I see the immediate effect this simple effortless technique has on people from all walks of life. It is the easiest thing in the world to teach and it works!

Anna Campbell

I enjoy teaching TM and it is fulfilling to see the benefits that new meditators gain immediately after learning! TM is so simple and practical that it is easily embedded in everyone’s daily routines.

I became a teacher of Transcendental Meditation in 1992. I have a BA in Childhood Practice, a Montessori Diploma in Childhood Education from 0 - 6 years and an Office Administration Certificate from Germany. I am currently working in a Montessori school as an Early Years Coordinator and have a lead role in supporting staff and students and ensuring a high standard of practice.

I learned TM when I was 6 years old and although the benefits were not conscious at first, I started to become more aware of the impact TM had in my life during my early professional experiences and benefit to this day. I gained confidence and self-belief, people have commented that I truly smile and am able to adapt to various situations.

The teaching of Transcendental Meditation is administered by a national educational charity, Maharishi Foundation®, registered charity number 270157 which maintains the standard of teaching nationwide.   Read more
