What is a residential TM Course? Weekend courses offer a great boost to our personal evolution, giving deep and revitalising rest, release of stress and clearer experience of transcending. There will be meetings for group meditations and discussion of experiences with a teacher and enlightening recorded lectures by Maharishi. There will be ample time for refreshing country walks too, not to mention delicious vegetarian food.
