Personal instruction in TM is voluntary for both teacher and student. To ensure your safety Glasgow TM Centre has completed a COVID-19 risk assessment in line with Government guidelines which has been approved by our national charity, Maharishi Foundation. Before you come for personal instruction we will provide you with guidance as to how we are managing social distancing and sanitisation in the Centre.
There are two methods of delivery of the TM Course available to you at this
time. However from 19 November - 11 December we will be seeing people individually for the first session which can't be done remotely while session 2-4 will be done digitally.
1) All training in-person
First session is in person (one-to-one)
Sessions 2,3 & 4 are in a small group of 4/5 people plus the teacher with
social distancing and other precautions in place.
2) In-person training combined with a Digital Course
First session is in person (one-to-one)
Session 2,3 & 4 are a combination of video meetings and at-home instructional materials on an interactive phone app.
The Digital Course reduces the requirement for in-person sessions, and is
therefore of great support at this time especially to those who would have a
distance to travel or for those with underlying health issues.
First session - private, in-person instruction with your certified TM teacher.
Following three sessions - completed at-home on a smart phone, these interactive sessions consist of videos and Q&A personally-guided by Dr. Tony Nader, the leader of the TM Organisation worldwide, paired with daily video meetings with your personal teacher.
